Zoar spent his first year of life on Oahu. Since then, he was always drawn to the serenity of The Islands. Growing up in Arizona, Zoar frequented The Islands to visit relatives and for his honeymoon with high school sweetheart and now business partner, Samantha. After completing schooling at the U.S. Military Academy and training to be a Naval Aviator, Zoar and Samantha moved to Hawaii on military orders. Now a USMC Veteran, Zoar and Samantha decided to make Hawaii their forever home.
During his time in service, Zoar developed a passion for educating people of all ages on wisely managing their finances and the tremendous impact of buying a home in Hawaii. When he is not helping folks find their piece of paradise, you will see Zoar swimming at Kailua beach, running up the Lanikai Pillbox hike, or eating spicy ahi poke from his favorite local spot.

Samantha devoted many years to the classroom after receiving her degree in elementary education from the University of Arizona. She taught preschool and prekindergarten for several years on the Marine Corps Base where her husband, Zoar, was stationed as a helicopter pilot. It was teaching military children that sparked her love for working alongside military families.
As a schoolteacher at heart, Samantha thrives when it comes to helping others prosper and achieve their goals. She utilizes her skills and strategies from the classroom in her career as a Realtor®.
