Chad and Valerie helped us purchase our first home in Kaneohe, Hawaii. We had a rather difficult situation since I was in CA and my husband at training in Quantico, VA. They were so patient and always ready- just a phone call or a text away to help out.

Chad was present for our home inspection since we were off island. They met us the day we arrived and handed over the keys.
